The SBDC is proud to support our troops. But we are proud to say that we work to help veterans achieve their goals when they return home. The SBDC is proud to offer veterans our “Veterans Business Planning Guide.” This book provides veterans with the tools and resources they need to start up a small business; from loan information to management and marketing opportunities. General business concepts and planning are made easier with our guide book; from choosing what kind of business you wish to open, to outlining the plans for long-term success. Stop by our office to pick up a free copy of this book.
The SBDC is proud to sponsor the 5 Rotary Clubs of Staten Island, Rolling Thunder New York 2, and the Marine Corps League in the Oktoberfest to support the Veterans. Join them on October 15th from 12 pm to 7 pm for great food and great beer from local small businesses to raise money for Veterans in our community. Admission is $5, but veterans enter for free.
