Governor Hochul highlights NY SBDC 2025 Impact Report

New York State Governor Kathy Hochul closed out the month of July by lauding the New York Small Business Development Center's (New York SBDC) 2025 Impact Report. The document provides key statistics highlighting the strong support provided to small businesses and entrepreneurs throughout New York State.

The 2025 NYSBDC Impact Report Shows the Power of Over 40 Years of Supporting Entrepreneurs Across New York:

• 1,264 new businesses started

• 34,500+ jobs created or retained

• $215 million in funding impact

• 27,414 entrepreneurs counseled or trained

Perhaps most impressive, every $1 invested in the NYSBDC generates $4 in measurable economic return.
