The U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) highlighted the impact of outstanding small business owners, outstanding entrepreneurs and community members of the 50 states and U.S. territories.
Certified Senior Business Advisor Joe Bottega, of The Staten Island Small Business Development Center (SISBDC) was proud to present The Veteran Small Business Champion of the Year award to his client, Mark Adeniji of A Final Touch Construction Inc. This award honors a small business for fulfilling a commitment to the advancement of business opportunities for veterans.
Joe Bottega commented: "Mark earned this award through his exceptional and tireless work in completing business projects and for creating and saving jobs during the covid pandemic. Mark is also devoted to his family and community. Mark is a retired NYPD Police Officer and volunteers and works extensively with the youth by giving them guidance, direction and teaching them business fundamentals which enable them to obtain jobs and experience in business ownership. It is my pleasure to present the Veteran Small Business Champion Award to Mark Adeniji."
